The apartments at Magnolia Manor are designed to provide our residents with a comfortable and gracious senior living environment. Apartments are generously sized, well-equipped, clean and modern with an abundance of windows and natural light. We offer four floor plans, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to cozy suites that include a mini kitchenette and terrace patio.

Each apartment comes with a refrigerator, granite countertops, plantation blinds, custom-built closets, crown molding and individual air-conditioning units. All rooms have carpeting and nonslip flooring with a moisture barrier. Each of our apartments has a large bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, emergency pull cords and grab bars.

Our residents move in with their favorite furniture, personal items and decorative pieces to personalize their homes and make themselves comfortable.
